(hereinafter, “ADA”) will make of their personal data (“Personal Data”) and about the rights they have under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDyGDD”).

Unless otherwise indicated, all data that ADA requests from the BIORISK user is necessary for the signing and/or execution of the Service Provision Contract or for compliance with the legal obligations arising from it.
In this regard, the BIORISK user undertakes to provide ADA with accurate and truthful data and to notify it of any changes to said data to ensure that it is kept up to date at all times.

The Personal Data of the BIORISK user will be processed for the purpose of developing, maintaining, fulfilling, and controlling the contractual relationship that binds ADA with you.
The BIORISK user declares that they are aware that you have signed a personal data transfer agreement with ADA, to which they have given their express consent as the owner of the Personal Data that you have transferred to ADA.
The Personal Data of the BIORISK user will be processed by ADA for the sole purpose of fulfilling the contractual obligation assumed with you by providing the services corresponding to BIORISK.
It is possible that The BIORISK user's identifying data, as well as certain images captured at ADA facilities or during events or activities organized by the latter, in which the user may appear, may be used for the preparation of informative or promotional material, which may be published internally, on ADA's websites, on ADA's social media accounts, or on any other medium or channel that ADA deems appropriate.

The Personal Data of the BIORISK user will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from them and the processing of the data.
In the case of identifying data and images that the BIORISK user has authorized ADA to publish in promotional or informational materials by checking the corresponding box, these will be processed by ADA, even after the contractual relationship has ended, as long as the BIORISK user does not request their deletion.

These rights may be exercised by the BIORISK user by contacting the Data Protection Coordinator in person or in writing, whose contact details are provided in section 1.1. The request must be duly signed by the BIORISK user, include their full name and address, indicate the rights they wish to exercise, and be accompanied by a photocopy of their DNI (National Identity Document) or NIE (Foreign National Identification Number).
